What to Expect
Meeting
We start with a simple, informal meeting at the place of your choosing. No strings, no stress, no obligation. We want you to learn about us and for us to learn about you and your construction vision. We will discuss items like your building plans, or recommend an architect if you do not have any plans, discuss various building options and preliminary costs.
Estimate
One of our goals is knowledge and communication with our clients. So once we have met with you and gathered the project details that you envision then we will begin to prepare a no obligation estimate. Our estimates are very detailed, accurate, and realistic. We will then meet with you to discuss the estimate and answer any questions or adjust it from your input so that our understanding, your desires, and budget remain together.
Contract
After you review the estimate we will provide you a contract to begin work. This contract is usually either lump sum or time and materials with a fee. All of our labor and fees are reflected in our estimates and fully disclosed in our contracts. We will also discuss with you what billing statements look like and ensure we have answered all your questions.
We begin construction!
Once you have approved the estimate and signed a contract we begin scheduling our crews, suppliers, and subcontractors to begin. We encourage you to visit your project or give your project manager a call anytime you have a question. We will manage all of our crews and subcontractors, material deliveries, quality control, and monitor your budget related to construction to keep you informed and the project on schedule.
